Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator/ Customer Services candidate to work within this Client focused team based here in Corsham.

Your role will include the following:

  • To input data accurately and ensure paperwork is filed correctly
  • To update the quality database when required
  • Maintain/exceed excellent service at all times.
  • To work effectively as a team and provide support when necessary.
  • To resolve issues accurately and escalate when necessary.

As a candidate you should have the following :

  • 1 years experience of working in a pressured office environment with accurate data entry
  • Excellent communication skills - Written and oral
  • Basic knowledge of excel and word
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical
  • Positive and proactive attitude essential
