We are looking for an experienced Administrator/ Customer Services candidate to work within this Client focused team based here in Corsham.
Your role will include the following:
- To input data accurately and ensure paperwork is filed correctly
- To update the quality database when required
- Maintain/exceed excellent service at all times.
- To work effectively as a team and provide support when necessary.
- To resolve issues accurately and escalate when necessary.
As a candidate you should have the following :
- 1 years experience of working in a pressured office environment with accurate data entry
- Excellent communication skills - Written and oral
- Basic knowledge of excel and word
- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical
- Positive and proactive attitude essential
