We are on the look out for a customer service telemarketer who is passionate about customer service and enjoys being on the phone to work for an established client in Frome.
You will be responsible for making outbound calls on a number of customer and client campaigns such as making appointments for sales representatives or gathering research information, this role offers a fun and exciting working environment.
You ideally will have previous sales experience or perhaps you have recently left school or graduated and looking to gain that extra experience working within a professional organisation.
Strong communication skills are a must with a good level of both written and verbal English and have fantastic IT skills especially within Microsoft office packages such as outlook, word and excel.
You will be enthusiastic, have a determination to succeed and a positive attitude along with GCSE Maths and English.
