Job Description

Plum appointments are currently looking for legal secretaries who are happy to work within a number of offices within the Wiltshire area.

The role would include:

  • Producing/ amending letters and documents
  • Audio typing
  • Office support
  • Greeting clients

We are looking for people who have the following skills;

  • Previous experience in a secretarial roles
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage a busy workload
  • IT literate and good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Team player
  • Flexibility & adaptability
